Just in time for Halloween... I found these great "Trick or Treat" Ruffles! And the best part... Do you see the adorable Palmetto and Crescent moon with the pumpkin face. In South Carolina, it doesn't get any cuter for Halloween. I will be placing an order for the Orange & Black striped fabric, so let me know soon if you are interested.
